Genspark

Genspark is an AI workspace where an AI agent researches the web, produces documents and can even place phone calls in order to get a task done. At its center is the "Super Agent," which picks among several models and tools depending on the job.

The goal is different from a chatbot, whose main job is to answer questions. Ask it to "find five examples of AI adoption at manufacturers in Thailand and put them in a comparison table," and it searches, summarizes and builds the table from that single request.

Pricing

Usage is counted in credits. The free plan has a daily credit limit, while the paid plans (Plus / Pro) add more monthly credits and advanced features. Generating documents and running agents consumes far more credits than plain chat. Prices and credit allowances change often, so check the official pricing page before subscribing.

Cautions for business use

• Check the sources: research results are summaries and can contain errors or outdated information. Verify any figures you base decisions on.
• Data handling: check where uploads and prompts are stored and whether they are used for training. Keep customer data and confidential material out.
• Finish the output yourself: slides come out polished, but the soundness of the argument and alignment with your templates still need a person.
• Routine work: for recurring work that touches internal data, your own AI agent, with permissions and auditing designed in, is easier to govern.
