Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as 'Terms') set forth the terms and conditions for the use of services (hereinafter referred to as 'Service') provided by Unimon Corporation (hereinafter referred to as 'Company') on this website. Users (hereinafter referred to as 'Users') shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service. The Company may establish rules and other provisions (hereinafter referred to as 'Individual Provisions') regarding the Service in addition to these Terms. These Individual Provisions shall constitute part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall prevail unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions.

Article 2 (Registration)

Registration for the Service shall be completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies for registration in accordance with the method prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves such application. The Company may not approve an application for registration if it determines that the applicant falls under any of the following cases, and shall not be obligated to disclose the reason: ・When false information is submitted in the application for registration ・When the application is from a person who has violated these Terms ・In other cases where the Company determines that registration is not appropriate

Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)

Users shall manage their Service user ID and password appropriately at their own responsibility. Users shall not transfer, lend, or share their user ID and password with any third party under any circumstances. When a login is made with a combination of user ID and password matching the registration information, the Company shall deem it to be use by the user who registered that user ID. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of user ID and password by a third party, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 4 (Prohibited Matters)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service: ・Acts that violate laws or public order and morals ・Acts related to criminal activity ・Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's servers or networks ・Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services ・Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users ・Acts of impersonating other users ・Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to anti-social forces in connection with the Company's services ・Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if it determines that any of the following circumstances exist: ・When performing maintenance or updates of computer systems related to the Service ・When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters ・When computers or communication lines stop due to accidents ・When the Company determines that it is difficult to provide the Service for other reasons ・The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service provision.

Article 6 (Copyright)

Users may only use, post, or edit information such as text, images, and videos for which they have the necessary intellectual property rights or have obtained permission from the necessary rights holders. The copyright of text, images, videos, etc. posted or edited by users through the Service shall be reserved to the user or other existing rights holders. However, the Company may use text, images, videos, etc. posted or edited through the Service, and users shall not exercise their moral rights regarding this use. Except as provided in the main text of the preceding paragraph, all copyrights and other intellectual property rights concerning the Service and all information related to the Service shall belong to the Company or rights holders who have licensed their use to the Company, and users shall not reproduce, transfer, lend, translate, modify, reprint, transmit to the public (including making transmittable), transmit, distribute, publish, use for business, etc. without permission.

Article 7 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)

The Company may, without prior notice, delete posted data and restrict all or part of the Service use or deregister users as users in the following cases: ・When any provision of these Terms has been violated ・When it is found that there are false facts in the registration information ・In other cases where the Company determines that use of the Service is not appropriate ・The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to users by actions taken by the Company based on this article.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Company's liability for default shall be exempted unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company. Even when the Company bears responsibility for some reason, it shall only be liable for damages within the scope of ordinary damages and, in the case of paid services, within the amount of the fee (equivalent to one month for continuous services). The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes between users and other users or third parties regarding the Service.

Article 9 (Changes to Service Content)

The Company may change, add to, or discontinue the content of the Service without notifying users, and shall not be liable for any damage caused to users as a result.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notifying users when deemed necessary.

Article 11 (Notifications or Communications)

Notifications or communications between users and the Company shall be made by the method prescribed by the Company.

Article 12 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not transfer their position under the usage contract or rights or obligations based on these Terms to third parties, or provide them as collateral, without prior written consent from the Company.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Japanese law shall be the governing law for interpreting these Terms. The court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive agreement jurisdiction for any disputes related to the Service.
