About

Our Strengths

So that language and distance stop holding your business back.

The loop that creates our strengths

Products are born on our own floors, refined on our clients' floors, and what we learn there feeds the next improvement. This loop has been running for sixteen years.

  1. 01

We validate on our own floor

We run BPO, translation and development in-house. Operational problems reach us first.

  2. 02

We build products that solve them

AGTO, Corason and Tralio were developed to solve those problems.

  3. 03

We refine them on client floors

Issues found after rollout drive the next improvement. The wider the use, the higher the accuracy.

01

AI becomes part of the daily work

AGTO, Corason and Tralio came out of our own BPO, translation and development floors. The people who built them use them every day, so they know where the work actually breaks down.

When this helps

  • We ran a PoC but nobody uses it
  • We cannot decide how much to let AI handle
  • Nobody in-house understands AI

How

We design around how the team already works, and keep fixing it with them after go-live. What AI is allowed to do expands gradually, on top of approvals and audit logs.

Manual work turns into a system

Warehouse dispatch, bookkeeping for 200 client companies, recruitment market reports. We have replaced work done by hand with systems that keep running.

When this helps

  • It runs on Excel and re-keying, and stops when one person is away
  • The same overtime happens every busy season
  • Several offices do the same work separately

How

We break the work apart and separate what AI handles from what people decide. We do not stop at the PoC — we hand over when your team can maintain it themselves.

Language stops holding the business back

What you build in Japanese reaches Thai and Lao audiences at the same quality. Video, audio and the systems around them are all part of it.

When this helps

  • We want overseas staff to watch our Japanese training videos
  • Things stall between the translation vendor and the development vendor
  • We want our Thai and Lao entities on the same system

How

Design, implementation, translation and review run as one team across our own offices in Japan, Thailand and Laos.
